I’m an accountability coach. I’ve realised that I’m most fulfilled when I’m helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, and that’s what I’m here to do.
I’m also a student, a squash player, and I train MMA. My life is centred around discipline, improvement, and balance. Those are the exact things I want others to experience and benefit from.
